Description of Service
ClearedMed provides informational tools and resources related to FAA medical certification for general aviation pilots. Our services include a Medication Checker, MedXPress preparation tools, BasicMed tracking, condition guides, and an AME directory. Some features of ClearedMed require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

FAA regulations and publicly available government documents referenced on ClearedMed are in the public domain. Our original analysis, commentary, and tool implementations remain our intellectual property.

In particular, ClearedMed shall not be liable for any adverse outcome related to FAA medical certification, including but not limited to denial, deferral, or revocation of a medical certificate, regardless of whether the user relied on information provided by ClearedMed.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
